forward stud.io operates in two modes: Studio and Lab. The Studio translates ideas into real-world projects — from concept and build to deployment and operation. The Lab develops and tests the underlying mechanisms through research, rapid prototyping, and evaluation. Organisationally, we remain one team: a small senior core supported by a curated network of specialists we bring in when needed.

Prototypes and pilots usually take weeks, while public-facing installations and deployed AI systems often require longer cycles due to testing, integration, and operational requirements. We can structure work as a pilot first and scale after validation.

Installations include system design, interaction specs, production-ready builds, and an on-site runbook. AI projects include architecture, implementation, evaluation outputs, and deployment documentation. Workshops and trainings include agenda, materials, hands-on exercises, and a documented outcome package.

Pricing is milestone-based and tied to scope and complexity. After discovery, we provide a transparent proposal with deliverables, timeline, and an implementation plan that matches your constraints, including options for pilot and scale.

We design privacy-first and minimise data collection. Whenever possible, we run AI on our own servers or within your infrastructure, typically using local LLM deployments so data remains in controlled environments. Data flows, access, and retention are defined explicitly; if cloud services are required, we document them transparently and apply strict safeguards.
