We design and deliver interactive installations for museums and public spaces, applied AI applications and agent systems, and research-led prototypes. We also provide consulting, workshops, and trainings to transfer methods, tooling, and implementation know-how – from early feasibility to deployment.
forward stud.io operates in two modes: Studio and Lab. The Studio translates ideas into real-world projects — from concept and build to deployment and operation. The Lab develops and tests the underlying mechanisms through research, rapid prototyping, and evaluation. Organisationally, we remain one team: a small senior core supported by a curated network of specialists we bring in when needed.
We work in four steps: clarify goals, define the concept and system, build and iterate a prototype, then deploy and operate. Each phase ends with clear outcomes and a clean handover.
Prototypes and pilots usually take weeks, while public-facing installations and deployed AI systems often require longer cycles due to testing, integration, and operational requirements. We can structure work as a pilot first and scale after validation.
Installations include system design, interaction specs, production-ready builds, and an on-site runbook. AI projects include architecture, implementation, evaluation outputs, and deployment documentation.
